1) Hard Work: Luck is not everything. Don't wait for it. Working hard towards your goal with smart approaches is the only practical way to succeed. Therefore, believing in hard work is primary than putting all your focus on luck and fortune alone. Luck may favour you if you work smartly harder. Don't wait for any shortcuts or quick fixes as there is a process involved in everything. Do not rush the process. Invest in the process.
2) Patience: This is the key to a successful and meaningful life. Losing patience means losing the battle of life and its balance. Meaningful results happen very gradually only. First, nothing will happen; then things start to unfold and blossom will happen. Lack of patience tempts one to give up and that is the worst form of all failures. Everything takes time and wait for the result once the essential task is being taken.
3) Sacrifice: Genuine success needs sacrifice. Everything has a price of its own. Sacrifice means to do whatever is necessary for the achievement of the goal as well as not to do whatever is not contributing towards the attainment of that goal. Become the sacrifice for what you want to become.
4) Consistency: This is yet another essential factor for becoming successful. This one trait transforms one from an ordinary to the excellent or extraordinary. All great achievements are built upon the solid rock of consistency.
5) Discipline: When everything is in place sans discipline, success will still remain a pipe dream. If motivation gets you going, discipline keeps you growing. There are moments of desperation, frustration, lack of energy to get engaged in the work to be done, disappointment etc. and in all these testing times, only discipline can get one moving regardless of how you are feeling.
6) Self-confidence: Confidence in oneself is paramount in achieving any worthy goal. It is the uncompromising mindset to navigate forward when one feels like others do not help and like us and conditions are unfavourable.
